Shipping:
Once an item has been shipped, I put the fate of your wares into the hands of the USPS. I'm not responsible for what happens to items during shipping. I have had a great experience with the USPS in the last several years. Things do happen, though, and when they do, checking with neighbors and your local post office is the best place to start.
Returns:
If you received the wrong item, I will send a replacement after receiving picture documentation. For returns due to a change of heart, buyer pays return shipping with tracking. Once item is received, it will be refunded (minus original shipping cost, including orders that qualified for free shipping) within 3-5 business days.
